Every child is under the personal care of the house master, who fulfills the role of an adult companion, mentor and friend, always available to counsel and console.

Child and parents work together for the development of the student through a partnering programme.

The school has classes from V to XII, and is affiliated to the Cambridge International Examinations (CIE) for the International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE), the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) for the ICSE and the ISC, and the International Baccalaureate Organisation (IBO) for the IBDP.
